Mihai is a Marketing and Strategy VP at Ursus Breweries, Romania’s leading local beer company. As Marketing & Strategy VP, Mihai has led key sales programs and helped Ursus Breweries turnaround from neighboring #2 to #1 in the Romanian beer market with annual sales of $400 million . For 20 years Mihai worked for multinational companies. In 2019 he decided to follow his own path and embrace entrepreneurial freedom. Today he splits his time between Management Consulting roles, being a serial entrepreneur & investor, while retaining active pro bono involvement in projects that seek to improve Romania’s perception and reality.
